Processing

We stock our own inventory, thus all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. We offer FREE global shipping for all orders over $39 USD with a transit time of 7-14 business days. (Due to the tariff policies, we are temporarily offering free shipping to the U.S. only on orders over $49 USD.)

For all blind box products, we ship your figures with check cards only(without boxes) unless otherwise noted, figures will still be in protected bags. Photos are for display only. You’ll get one figure for each item you ordered. 

If you would like the original boxes, you need to cover the extra shipping cost. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp within 15 minutes after placing your order. Otherwise, we will proceed the usual way.

Things to pay attention

We are unable to deliver a package with only a P.O.Box address.

If you're shipping to a country outside the region mentioned above, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. FUFUPLUSH is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.

We sell DIY light painting photo albums. You can choose existing artworks or customize with your preferred images.Customization steps:

  1. Purchase and pay for the custom product.
  2. Send your image to our email (including payer name, order number, and high-definition image).
  3. We’ll confirm production upon receiving your image.
  4. Production takes about 3 days.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
